Ensure the text you enter is accurate, as no further changes can be made after customization is completed. A $20 fee will apply for any additional revisions.
We provide web-resolution files only (not print-ready) for use in email, online, and social media designs. Each item will be delivered in one size only, as ordered. For additional sizes, please contact us for pricing.
If you need to cancel your order and notify us before customization begins, you will receive a refund for the sales amount minus a 10% processing fee. Please note that once customization has started, no refunds can be issued. Customization typically begins within 24 hours of receiving your order.
